1. Agreement
These Terms apply to use of the Legix website and, where no separate written agreement applies, to services provided by Legix.
2. Website use
You must not use the website unlawfully, fraudulently, to interfere with our systems, to distribute harmful code, or to copy, scrape or misuse website content.
3. Website content
Website content is general information only. It does not create a client relationship and should not be treated as legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice.
4. Services
Legix provides advertising, media buying, campaign management, marketing operations, creative trafficking, reporting and related professional services. Specific deliverables, fees, budgets and timelines are agreed separately by proposal, invoice, email, statement of work or written agreement.
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, billing, campaign and contact information.
- Ensure products, services, websites, landing pages, claims and offers comply with applicable law and platform rules.
- Approve budgets, campaign settings, creatives and launch instructions in good time.
- Provide access, assets, tracking details and approvals required to perform the services.
- Hold any authorisation, licence or permission required for regulated products, services or claims.
6. Advertising platforms
Advertising platforms, publishers and media owners are independent third parties. Legix is not responsible for ad rejections, account restrictions, platform downtime, approval delays, policy changes, algorithm changes, reporting errors, billing restrictions or inventory availability.
7. Media spend and third-party costs
Unless agreed otherwise, the client is responsible for media spend, platform costs, data costs, production costs, payment processing fees, bank charges and third-party expenses. Such costs may be payable in advance where required.
8. No guaranteed results
Legix will use reasonable professional skill and care, but does not guarantee platform approval, impressions, clicks, leads, sales, revenue, profit, conversion rate or return on ad spend.
9. Intellectual property
Client materials remain the client’s property. Legix retains ownership of its pre-existing know-how, templates, processes, tools and working methods. Final deliverables may be used by the client after full payment, subject to any third-party rights.
10. Confidentiality
Each party must keep confidential business, financial, technical and campaign information confidential, except where disclosure is required to provide services, comply with law or obtain professional advice.
11. Payment disputes
The client should contact Legix before raising any payment dispute so the issue can be reviewed and resolved where possible.
12. Suspension and termination
Legix may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, missing information, compliance concerns, abusive conduct, platform risk, legal risk or reputational risk.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legix is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, platform decisions or business interruption. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
