Clients must ensure that advertisements, offers, landing pages, testimonials, pricing, product claims and performance claims are accurate, substantiated and not misleading.
3. Platform compliance
Campaigns must comply with the policies of the relevant advertising platforms, publishers, media owners and networks. Legix may request changes to creative, landing pages or targeting to reduce rejection or restriction risk.
4. Regulated sectors
Where a campaign relates to a regulated sector, the client must provide evidence of relevant permissions, licences, approvals, disclaimers or legal review before launch.

Legix may refuse or pause campaigns involving unlawful activity, deception, impersonation, counterfeit goods, intellectual property infringement, harmful products, exploitative content, malware, unauthorised data collection, misleading claims or activity prohibited by the relevant platform.
6. Landing pages
Clients are responsible for ensuring landing pages, websites, checkout flows, privacy notices, pricing, terms and claims are accurate and compliant.
7. Brand safety
Where relevant, Legix may apply exclusion lists, placement controls, category restrictions or other brand safety settings. Availability depends on the platform and media type.
8. Right to pause campaigns
Legix may pause or refuse a campaign where there is legal, platform, payment, brand safety, reputational or compliance concern.
